Success starts with Mindset. ​ Learn how to master your mindset and get a head start for success in all areas of your life with this 4-week online group coaching program for young women aged 16+! Facilitated by Certified Life Coach and Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Practitioner and public speaker, Janelle Kee-Sue, this group coaching program is inspirational, practical, and will give her the tools she needs to thrive at school and at life. What she will learn in this program will set her up to thrive in life; to be resilient to life's challenges, develop a growth mindset, take accountability for her actions and outcomes, and realise her potential. Young women aren't taught about the power of mindset in school. What she will learn in this program will help set her up for success! Here’s what we’ll cover together in 4 weeks: ➡️Week 1: The power of your mind: neuroplasticity & mindset. ➡️Week 2: Confirmation bias, limiting beliefs & affirmations. ➡️Week 3: Negative automatic thoughts & how to stop them. ➡️Week 4: Responsibility, taking massive action & failing forward. How this program works: ✔️4x sessions, up to 90 minutes each. ✔️5pm - 6.30pm on Tuesdays - weekly for 4x weeks. ✔️Online via Google Meet video conferencing (join from the privacy of your bedroom or home office!). ✔️Limited to 10x participants only so everyone gets adequate coaching time. ✔️Open to young women aged 16+.
