Growing up is hard, and young women have it tough.
Studies, future career, friends, peers, work, societal pressures, social media, parents… on top of that, they’re trying to discover who they are and find their place in the world.
My 1-on-1 and group coaching programmes for young women are designed to give her the tools she needs to overcome challenges, manage her mindset and behaviours, set and achieve goals, and absolutely thrive in all areas of her life!
Who am I?
I’m Janelle Kee-Sue, a certified life coach and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) practitioner based in Wellington, New Zealand.
I help young women (teenagers and young adults aged 16-25) to identify and develop their passions, transform their relationships, mindset, thought patterns and behaviours to become happier, more fulfilled, confident and courageous in just a few weeks!

1-on-1 Life Coaching program
for Teens & Young Women
Helping young women to thrive. 13 weeks. 1-on1. Online.
My life coaching and mentoring package for teenagers and young women (aged 15+) is designed to help her find out what she wants in life, find her voice, her unique superpowers, confidence and self-worth.
Each week of the coaching program (13 weeks) has a different lesson and focus designed for her personal growth and development. By the end, she will have a completely different mindset and outlook on life. Importantly, she’ll have the tools, and the confidence, to manage the stressors of being a young woman and absolutely thrive.
Teenagers/young women who would benefit most from my coaching program will meet one or more of the following:
have an interest in personal growth and development,
are high achievers and want to reach their full potential,
need help managing the stressors of being a young adult,
would benefit from a mentor and unbiased guidance in life,
struggle with negative self image and thoughts,
have low self-esteem or low self-confidence,
do not realise how amazing and powerful they are!

Learn how to master your mindset and get a headstart for success in all areas of your life with this 4-week group coaching program for young women!
Here’s what we’ll cover together:
Week 1: The power of your mind: neuroplasticity & mindset
Week 2: Confirmation bias, limiting beliefs & affirmations
Week 3: Negative automatic thoughts & how to stop them
Week 4: Responsibility, taking massive action & failing forward
How this program works:
4x sessions, up to 90 minutes each.
5pm - 6.30pm on Wednesdays - weekly for 4x weeks.
Online via Google Meet video conferencing (join from the privacy of your bedroom or home office!).
Limited to 5x participants only so everyone gets adequate coaching time.
Open to young women aged 16+.
