The GAP (Goal Achievement Program) is a 12-week 1-on-1 coaching program designed to help you set and achieve your most important goals, big and small, and actually enjoy the journey to achieving them. 

This is a 1-on-1 coaching program where we’ll have 1x 1-hour coaching session together each week for 12 weeks - virtually, in person or a hybrid of the two, depending on your preference.

The GAP process

The GAP follows a powerful process based on research by psychologists and neuroscientists, as well as cognitive behavioural therapy and coaching principles, and is designed to help you set and achieve your biggest goals: from discovering what they are, to creating a plan, to shifting your mindset, thoughts and behaviours, taking action, keeping accountable and getting results. 

 

Perhaps more importantly, you’ll be enjoying the journey and become a happier, motivated and more positive and powerful you! 

 

Each coaching session will cover a different part of the GAP, including: 

 

  • Finding out what you really want & why

  • Your personal values

  • Visualisation 

  • Goal setting & planning

  • Accountability & motivation 

  • Beliefs, mindset & identity 

  • Neuroplasticity & behaviour change (your brain!)

  • Overcoming challenges & failing forward 

 

If you’re sick of setting goals and not achieving them, the GAP is the secret sauce to get you there.

What kinds of goals?

They can be anything! You might want to change jobs, get a promotion, start a business, be better with money, buy a house, create better habits, develop a more positive mindset, stress less, live a healthier lifestyle, perhaps all of the above and more. 

The way in which the discovery phase of the Goal Achievement Program works is it helps you to uncover your most important goals that align with what you value most in life. This means the goals you set will be holistic, covering the most important areas of your life, to ensure balance and greater happiness and fulfillment. 

Why do goals matter?

Because they give us a clear direction in life, a sense of purpose, and a measure of achievement and success. Without them, we can feel lost, directionless, like we’re not winning, and like we're just cruising through life with no real purpose or reason. That’s when we can feel stuck, unhappy, uninspired and unfulfilled. Goals give us something to look forward to, to work towards, and something to focus on. 

Who is the GAP suited for?
Women and young adults aged 16+ who are residing in New Zealand or Australia and are wanting to make positive changes in their lives. 

How much does it cost?

NZD $100 per coaching session. 40% off for students!

FAQs

What happens when I sign up for the program?

When you sign up for the program by booking your first session Janelle will get in touch with you directly using the email address you provided to arrange where/how you’ll meet and what to expect, and you have the opportunity to ask any questions. Then you’ll meet at the time and date arranged to get started! 

 

How do I pay?

You can pay for the entire program at once via bank transfer, or pay per session, whichever works best for you. Janelle will send you the payment details by email. 

 

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, you can pay for the program in smaller instalments. Simply discuss your options with me. 

 

What happens if I can't make a session?

If you are unable to make a session you must let Janelle know at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule your session. If 24 hours notice isn't possible, you will only be able to reschedule if there is availability.
