Why do these techniques work so quickly and effectively?

These techniques rewire the brain's response patterns in what some would consider the most emotionally visceral moments.


All these rapid relief techniques use bilateral stimulation (engages both hemispheres of the brain), which activates the parasympathetic nervous system, as well as elements of psychology, hypnosis for engaging the subconscious mind, and somatic techniques to shift your state in the moment.
