All it takes is having the right tools to interrupt these negative thought patterns, support and practice to change them for good. That’s what I specialise in helping people with.

What is Mindset Coaching?

Mindset Coaching helps people to adopt the mindsets required to reach their goals, overcome limiting belief systems holding them back, and reprogram their automatic thought patterns.

In mindset coaching, we’ll identify your beliefs, behaviours, and thought patterns that are limiting you. We’ll map out strategic ways to change or adopt new thoughts and beliefs to promote a healthier and more productive outlook on life and get the results you want.

Teamed with other modalities and techniques including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), self-directed neuro-plasticity, and Positive Psychology, I help people to unlock their potential, overcome challenges, and cultivate a growth mindset that drives personal and professional success for the rest of their lives.

How it works

Through one-on-one coaching sessions (1 hour per session) online or in person in Wellington, New Zealand, with the support of your coach Janelle, you will identify the mindsets, negative thought patterns and limiting beliefs holding you back, and be taken through proven-effective techniques to banish them for good.

What happens when I book a session?

When you book a session online Janelle will get in touch with you directly using the email address you provided to arrange where/how you’ll meet and what to expect, and you have the opportunity to ask any questions. Then you’ll meet at the time and date arranged. 


How do I pay?

You can pay via bank transfer and will be sent an invoice after booking. If you require a payment plan, Janelle can discuss this with you directly.


Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, you can pay for coaching in full, monthly, fortnightly or weekly. Simply discuss your options with Janelle. 

Why don’t you do one-off coaching sessions?

I don’t do one-off coaching sessions because infrequent sessions don't create great results or make long-lasting change. You wouldn’t expect to obtain your dream body after one personal training session, and the same applies to life coaching. To get the results you’re looking for, it’ll take commitment to regular coaching sessions and doing the work in your own time. It takes three months to form new habits and thought patterns, and it takes six months to make long-lasting change. That’s why I only offer three or six month coaching packages.


What happens if I can't make my session?

If you are unable to make a session you must let Janelle know at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule your session. If 24 hours notice isn't possible, you will only be able to reschedule if there is availability. If you are unable to make your rescheduled session, it will be cancelled and a refund cannot be provided. You would then move onto your next scheduled session and skip the session that was cancelled.
